Kimberly Kayler, CPSM, is the President of Advancing Organizational Excellence (AOE), where she leads strategic initiatives and provides expertise in marketing, business operations, and leadership development. With nearly 30 years of experience in organizational strategy and marketing for technical industries, Kimberly has driven growth and innovation for more than 150 organizations in the design and construction industry. A recognized thought leader and speaker, Kimberly has authored over 2,500 articles and co-authored Leading with Marketing. She is certified in crisis communications and diversity, equity, and inclusion, and holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Arizona, an MBA in Organization and Management from Capella University, and the CPSM designation from the Society for Marketing Professional Services. In fact, she was one of the first 20 people to ever earn this designation. Kimberly also is an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin in their MBA program.Kimberly’s dedication, expertise, and leadership continue to make a significant impact across industries and organizations.
