Turn Ugly RFQ/P Requirements Into Well-Designed Documents
Includes a Live Web Event on 02/19/2026 at 2:00 PM (EST)
This session teaches A/E/C marketers how to turn rigid, text-heavy RFQ/RFP requirements into clean, highly readable, and professional proposal layouts. We’ll cover practical InDesign techniques for converting tables and charts into clear visuals, maximizing limited space (including 11x17 spreads), applying consistent typography and styles, and restructuring org charts and diagrams for clarity. Whether you’re new to InDesign or an advanced user looking to sharpen your production workflow, this class focuses on real-world A/E/C examples and quick wins you can use immediately. You’ll leave with repeatable design strategies that make complex content easier for selection committees to read, score, and remember.
Learning Outcomes:
- How to transform dense, text-heavy RFP/RFQ language into clean, visual layouts that look professional while still staying 100% compliant.
- Practical InDesign techniques for styles, tables, org charts, and various page layouts that make complex information easier to read, score, and navigate.
- A refresher on core graphic design principles—hierarchy, spacing, alignment, contrast, and typography—and how to apply them to proposal pages so even the most basic layouts look polished, intentional, and easy to read.
